Fabulous discussion of how our enemy sneaks into our lives to de-rail us as Christians and how we can guard against this. As we read and discuss C.S. Lewis’s Scretape Letters, we will see Lewis’s humorous and entertaining way of challenging our theology and behaviors as we strive to live for Jesus. If you like to think, laugh, make friends, and grow as a believer this group is for you. No reading outside of group is required.

Friends & Family Groups

Friends & Family Groups meet together monthly to fellowship and build relationships within their church family. Some meet in a host home and may have a meal together, share a devotion, and worship. Some do monthly activities outside the home. In each, you will build friendships that will last a lifetime.

Helps

Meals for Ministry: Mary Buttry – An as needed opportunity to provide meals for our church family/members following various needs such as hospitalization, having a baby, funerals, and other needs.

River Cleaning Team: Mary Buttry – Opportunity to be part of a group that offers their time monthly to come together and minister cleaning to our House of Worship!

Helping Hands: Ken Buttry – As needed; and opportunity to share your skills in maintaining our Building & Grounds, here at The River!
